Community comes together for Casias benefit

DEL NORTE-- There was a benefit Mexican dinner and dance on Saturday Jan. 17, for Anthony Casias at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Del Norte. Casias was recently diagnosed with coronary heart disease. 
Stanley Montoya organized the benefit for his brother-in-law. Montoya works for Del Norte Schools, and there were several other people involved with the school system

Friday night blaze damages Del Norte home

DEL NORTE--A fire destroyed at least the lower half of a home on 10th and Spruce on Friday evening Jan. 16 in Del Norte. There were no injuries.
